You are here: Home arrowWhat means Integrated Breathing?
Thoughts are creative.

What we are today is based on the thoughts of yesterday, our present thoughts build our world build our lives tomorrow. (Buddha)

Since most thoughts are thought unconsciously, most of our lives do not live with a conscious intention. That what we think and what we believe influences our reality and experiences. The energy of the thoughts, consciously or unconsciously, act as co-creators of our experiences and our perception of the world. Integrative breathing is an excellent tool to make unconsciously aware thoughts and to release them from the body cells. Often, people find themselves breathing integratively when they have experienced themselves through more traditional forms of psychological therapies and wish to bring their growth and self-knowledge to the next level.
